Important reminder to prevent fraud

Friendly Reminders

To prevent fraud groups from using credential stuffing techniques to log into your account and steal relevant personal information (such as contact numbers, transaction details, etc.), please be sure to:

  1. Avoid using easy-to-guess combinations such as birthday, phone number, ID number, or simple characters as your account or password.

  2. Update your account and password regularly, and try to set up different accounts and passwords on different platforms.

  3. Avoid clicking on unsolicited text messages or specific links provided by any communication software, and enter your frequently used account number and password on the linked web page.

Our company will never ask you to operate an ATM to cancel installment payment settings or transfer funds by phone or in any way, nor will we provide specific links for you to click through text messages.

If you receive the above call or text message, please ignore it and contact the 165 anti-fraud hotline immediately or report it to our customer service center (contact number 55688).
