Charter Free Travel – Overtime Fees

If departure is before 08:00 or the tour exceeds 22:00, an additional fee of NT$500 will be charged, payable in cash directly to the driver.

Overtime fees are as follows:

1–30 minutes: 4-seat car NT$250, 7-seat car NT$350.

31–60 minutes: 4-seat car NT$500, 7-seat car NT$700… and so on.

If pickup and drop-off locations are outside the scheduled departure and return areas, an additional inter-zone fee starting at NT$500 will apply. The actual fee will depend on the travel route and will be quoted by customer service.

If traffic congestion due to traffic control or natural factors causes delays, overtime fees will apply.

Some attractions in Taiwan may implement temporary traffic control based on crowd conditions. In such cases, you will need to pay for shuttle transfers.
Charter Free Travel – Cancellation Fees

Cancellation 21-30 days before departure: 10% of total order amount.

Cancellation 11-20 days before departure: 20% of total order amount.

Cancellation 4-10 days before departure: 30% of total order amount.

Cancellation 1-3 days before departure: 70% of total order amount.

No refund for cancellations on the day of departure, late arrivals, voluntary departure, or no-shows.

In case of natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain, Taiwan Big Travel reserves the right to delay or fully refund the trip.
