The Thirteenth Floor Site is also known as the Shuinandong Refinery Site in Shuinandong. It used to be the largest refining plant in Jiufen and was used to refine gold, silver and copper ores. Departures before 8:00 AM or tours exceeding 10:00 PM will incur an additional charge of NT$500, which must be paid to the driver in cash.

If the pick-up or drop-off location is not within the designated departure and end regions of the package, a cross-region fee starting at NT$500 will apply. The actual fee will depend on the route selected by the passenger, and customer service will provide a quote.

If delays are caused by traffic control or natural factors, such as roadblocks, overtime fees will also apply.

Some attractions in Taiwan may implement temporary traffic control depending on crowd conditions. In such cases, passengers will need to pay for transfer to a shuttle bus.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made 21-30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total order amount.
